Lost

As I was following my cousin I could smell the aroma of food and the chocolate fountain.  I could feel the vibration of music and people laughing and kids screaming with happiness.  I looked back and my cousin, he was turning around when I realised that he was not my cousin he was a man with a short beard and tattoos down his right arm.  I froze there as my hands and legs began to shake and my temperature rose.  He looked straight at me and said, “Are you ok little girl?”

I gave a slight nod and almost fainted.  He took something silver out of his pocket as my head kept saying, ‘it’s not a knife.’  Phew, ‘it’s his silver key,’ I thought.

But, then I thought he might kidnap me, luckily he walked away.  I ran and ran and called mum and dad but there was no response, “Mum?  Dad?  You there?”

Silence…I went outside to see if dad’s car was there but it was not.  I had nothing to think of my imagination is fading.  I closed my eyes for a few minutes then opened them again.  Soon after that I was shattering into tears.

“Mum?  Dad?” I whispered.  I cried until I saw something fast pass me.  It was something red and white.  I followed it straight to a tunnel.  I opened a door.  I think it’s its den.  Suddenly, there was a SMACK.  I turned around and the door was closed.
